The BuzzMachine continues on with interesting thoughts and facts in the media.
Jeff Jarvis throws his ideas of the government and them using the internet more and more to post and get information.
He says the government and other government agencies abroad should post blogs on a regular basis. Even Barack Obama says if he is elected president he will put governtment data online in easy to read formats.
Overall this is a big deal I think and I believe this is a risky move however. I think it will have a good and positive outcome.
But do you think it will be a good idea to pursue? Maybe it is infact a little to risky to have government material and information on the web and easy accessible. We will just have to wait and see what the future of the web holds for us.

I believe putting government info on the web such as how to contact someone or research for history purposes is a good idea. However, they should be careful what they put out there since todays enemies are terrorists. It's not like 20 years ago where everything was easily accessible through the web. All in all, your right we just have to wait and see what it holds in our countries future.
Although part of me believes this to be a good idea another part of me sees the risk. It will be a big help for research and those who are intensely interested in government, but with the threat of terrorism surrounding us I fear that this will just give them what they want- easier access to our government.
