From the Buzz Machine, Jeff Jarvis reports on Presendential Candidate Barack Obama's last speech he gave on certain touchy topics. topics such as gays, and race, and unity!
One thing Jarvis noticed and I agree with was that Obama sort of steered away from the strong points made, and the questions directed to him on some of those ancy topics.
These speeches and answered questions could possibly have and a very harsh impact in the upcoming elections. I'm sure Clinton will take advantage of this.
I ask myself one thing...do we want leader who is afraid to talk about or answer some of the racy topics, ones that make us feel uncomfortable? A leader, a president, should be exactly the opposit and not afraid to go out of bounds!

You are right. A leader must lead. He must be outspoken and not afraid to speak on controversial issues. More then likely Clinton will take advantage of this.
I agree a president should not be afraid to speak about any topic. In this country, we need a president who can answer any question that comes to them, whether it is a touchy topic or not. Clinton will definently take this to her advantage.
